Our Development Process
- Requirement Analysis — Share your specifications (size, material, finish, quantity). Our team reviews feasibility and provides a quotation within 48 hours.
- Mold Design — Our engineers design custom molds based on your requirements. 3D drawings are provided for your approval before production.
- Prototyping — We produce sample pieces for your testing and approval. Typical sample turnaround: 7–15 days.
- Production — Once samples are approved, we move to mass production with strict quality control at every stage.
- Quality Inspection & Shipping — Every batch is inspected before packing. We handle export documentation and logistics.
